Brazil Struggles with Amazon Balancing Act

Brazil has been attempting to balance the rights of the indigenous people of the Amazon with the demands of economic development.

But disputes still remain, and there are fears that they could spill over into violence in a similar manner to land conflicts in neighbouring Peru.

Al Jazeera's Gabriel Elizondo reports from Sao Paulo.
