Request for Clarification on Status of PNPCA Process for Don Sahong Dam

On March 9, 2016 International Rivers sent a letter to the CEO of the Mekong River Commission to request clarification on the status of the Prior Consultation process for the Don Sahong Dam, along with the status of the planned Pak Beng and Sanakham Dams on the Mekong River.
