International Rivers is Seeking a "Roommate"

We're looking for a sub-tenant to share a spacious 3rd floor office at the David Brower Center in downtown Berkeley. The Brower Center is a state-of-the-art green building that provides office space for numerous organizations working for social and environmental justice, as well as a theatre, gallery and meeting/reception rooms (and, soon, a restaurant).

Cost: $3.28 per sq foot and includes janitorial services and utilities.

Tenant would have access to a shared kitchen, conference room and lounge. Access to other amenities such as copier and reception service are negotiable.

The subtenant would have also have access to Brower Center facilities including showers, patio and meeting room.

The available space consists of up to to 300 usable sq feet (10 ft by 30 ft) and is fully wired (phone and data). Two sides of the space are walls and the other two sides are open.

We would prefer to lease to non-profit organizations working on social and/or environmental justice issues. We also welcome inquiries from for-profit companies that provide services to progressive non-profits.

The space is available immediately for a 12 month lease with the possibility of extension.
