Report on an Integral Development Plan for Communities Affected by the Construction of the Chixoy Dam. The plan was prepared by Guatemalan agencies, the IDB and communities and addresses use of resources and increasing agricultural production through the creation of Centers of Agro-industrial Transformation. The plan, which still lacks financing for its implementation is a part of the Reparations Plan being negotiated by communities and the government.
