Film Screening: A River Between Us

Date:
Monday, April 11, 2016

Join us for the screening of "A River Between Us," a documentary about the ongoing fight to restore the Klamath River, on Saturday, April 16 at 1 p.m. The film will be screened as part of the San Francisco Green Film Festival.

The communities of the Klamath River, which flows from Southern Oregon to Northern California, have been feuding over its water for generations. The many demands on this finite resource have pitted neighbor against neighbor, but now Native Americans, farmers and fisherman have chosen to put their past behind them and compromise. If they succeed, it will be the largest river restoration project in American history.
